Your Campus Credentials

The Generals Cash Card is the official identification

card of Herkimer County Community College

(HCCC). Issued to all students, faculty and staff,

the Generals Cash Card is required for identification

and access to essential campus services. It also

offers convenient accounts for making purchases

on and around campus.

Generals Cash Card News

Students should have received their Generals Cash Card on the day they registered for classes. If not, students must go to the ID Card office outside the bookstore to get an ID.

Dining - Use your Generals Cash Card to access your meal plan and pay for snacks on and around campus.

Library – Check out materials using the bar code on your Card.

Fitness Center – Present your Card for admittance.

Athletic Events – Present your Card for admittance.

Generals Bucks – Make cashless purchases at locations on and around campus using funds that you or you parents deposit.

Financial Aid Advance – Make cashless purchases at locations on and around campus using excess financial aid funds.

Your Generals Cash Card is THE most important card that you will have at HCCC – vital for accessing campus services. Please carry your card with you at all times. To ensure durability and validity, do not tamper with, punch holes in, or misuse the card, and protect it from damage by avoiding magnets.
